What We Built in 2026.
We publish case studies and write breakdowns of our work all the time — but 2026 was the kind of year that deserves an unabashed, end-to-end recap. Not because we're fishing for applause, but because the sheer volume of what got built across this many platforms by such a small, focused team is genuinely hard to believe even from the inside. So here it is. Everything we've shipped in 2026. All of it.

This is not a changelog. It's a record of what happens when a small, obsessive team decides that the music industry's operational infrastructure deserves to be rebuilt from the ground up — and then actually does it.
Lighthouse
An automated live music discovery engine that indexes concerts across the globe. 2.2 million+ concerts indexed. 36,000+ artists. 53,000+ venues. 146 countries. It continuously sweeps ticketing platforms, resolves fragmented event listings against a canonical venue and artist registry, chains discovery runs for complete market saturation, and renders live concert activity across both a public-facing 3D globe and a dedicated command portal suite.
The public map at soundwaveconsulting.net/lighthouse provides an orbital, GPU-accelerated view of global tour density with DeckGL thermal ramps and interactive city clusters. Behind the curtain, our private, client-only Lighthouse suite serves as the operational intelligence layer for touring professionals — surfacing real-time market saturation maps, promoter territory tracking, and canonical resolution pipelines that merge disparate ticketing feeds into an authoritative live schedule.
Live Rewind
A Spotify Wrapped–style year in review for live music built directly on Lighthouse data. Shareable, animated, and exportable. Pick a genre, a US state, or an international country — and get a 4-slide carousel featuring top touring artists, a concert hubs map, venue leaderboard, and monthly pacing curves. Built-in ⌘K search across 6,000+ artists, high-res PNG slide export, direct share links, US Census Bureau vector state maps, and Natural Earth world geometries.
Soundwave Intelligence Engine
The core operating platform. A full-stack analytics and intelligence engine purpose-built for the live music ecosystem. 5 specialized portal environments, each tailored with dedicated modules for distinct industry stakeholders. 539 API routes. 187 page routes. 67 automated cron jobs. Built entirely from zero in 2026 on Next.js, Firestore, and Cloud Run on GCP — production software powering active tours, agencies, venues, and festivals today.
Booking Agencies & Management
Selling point #1 is fully automated ticket count updates roster-wide with zero friction — with no more setup than adding our custom inbox to your report distribution list. No complicated API keys to provision, no promoter portal logins to juggle, and no custom software for third-party promoters to install.
Right now, agency assistants waste 10 to 16 hours every single week acting as human APIs: digging through 40-deep email chains, chasing delinquent promoters for yesterday's counts, and manually copying numbers into messy master spreadsheets. The Intelligence Engine intercepts incoming audits in any format, normalizes counts into an immutable daily ledger, and features per-show data freshness indicators with automated monitoring and enforcement that flags delinquent reporting the moment an audit goes stale.
Paired with predictive outcome forecast modeling that projects final attendance numbers as early as the day tickets go on sale, agents and managers get real-time velocity sparklines, automated Tour Pulse morning briefings, and a unified master command grid: every artist, every tour, every show — everything that matters to your agency right now on one single screen.
Promoters & Independent Venues
The breakthrough for independent promoters and venues is a complete commercial engine — unifying predictive sales modeling, automated ad targeting, server-side attribution, and lifecycle retention into one operating cockpit.
Predictive Machine Learning Forecasting: Instead of guessing whether a show will break even three weeks out, our forecast modeling projects final ticket counts and gross by benchmarking sales velocity against 4-way baseline averages (daily velocity, day-of-week curve, historical artist pacing, and market comps). Promoters instantly identify high-risk dates early enough to adjust ad spend, change marketing tactics, or scale up promotional flights.
Proprietary CAPI Integration & Multi-Platform Ad Sync: For legendary venues like Antone's Nightclub — where email marketing isn't even in the mix — the engine delivers massive ticket sales lift and ROAS through our proprietary Conversions API (CAPI) server-side event pipeline. First-party ticketing conversions are cleansed, hashed, deduplicated, and synchronized in real time across 4+ ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks). This unlocks custom purchase-frequency audiences and high-intent lookalikes that aren't available anywhere else, attributing ticket sales directly to ad flights down to the exact dollar.
Automated Lifecycle Email Engine: When promoters do engage email, our custom ESP turns one-time ticket buyers into repeat attendees at a fraction of big-player contact fees. It dynamically pitches high-impact send concepts based on sales velocity, auto-generates clean upcoming calendar blocks, embeds live Shopify merchandise directly into email modules, and tracks ticket sales ROI per blast without manual list wrangling.
Promoters also get a unified multi-room calendar pulling daily counts, % sold fill meters, and channel breakdowns across every room and ticketing provider, alongside 1-click day-of-show (DOS) settlement recaps that eliminate end-of-night accounting headaches.
Festivals
The single biggest selling point for festival operators: it just works. And it works with every single ticketing platform we've thrown at it. Ticketmaster / TM1, Front Gate Tickets (FGT), Eventbrite, SeeTickets, Easol, Tixr, DICE, and more — seamlessly ingested and normalized without requiring your team to wrangle disparate CSV exports or reconcile conflicting column names.
Built specifically to handle the structural complexity of festivals: multi-day pass matrices, tiered GA vs. VIP allotments, camping add-ons, and pricing phases. The cockpit tracks tier velocity in real time, overlays daily pacing curves against historical benchmarks, and provides the exact data needed to trigger price-bump urgency campaigns before inventory sells through.
Artists & Touring Teams
Built for the modern artist enterprise. A unified cockpit covering every revenue stream and fan touchpoint across the campaign lifecycle: Tours, New Music Releases, Merch, Custom Shortlinks, and Ad Conversions.
Ticket Intelligence
Buyer geo maps (3D), branded tier colors, pacing charts with YoY overlay curves, 24h sales velocity sparklines, and audience intelligence tabs. Ingests from Easol, FGT, Ticketmaster, SeeTickets, and DICE into a single clean tour overview.
Concert Intercept
DeckGL ScatterplotLayer with dynamic venue capacity dot sizing, 20-row Concert Intercept tables with date gradients, co-bill cleaning, and radius targeting that captures fans across nearby markets before tickets go on sale.
Release Cockpit
Waterfall single and album release timelines with auto-provisioned campaign phases. Pulls live Meta, Google, and streaming pre-save conversion telemetry into a single dashboard ready the moment music drops.
Shortlinks Platform
Geniuslink-powered MoreMusic.at vanity shortlinks with auto-populated tour schedules, dynamic destination overrides, bulk generation, and automatic tracking pixel injection across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Soundwave Connect
3-step Connect Link Wizard enabling artists, managers, and promoters to authorize Facebook Page and Meta ad account access via secure OAuth. Provisions system users, synchronizes custom audience segments, and enables server-side Conversions API (CAPI) event deduplication for bulletproof conversion tracking.
Merch Partners
Purpose-built for merchandise companies managing e-commerce and tour merchandise across multiple artist rosters. Instead of logging into dozens of individual Shopify backends, partners get a unified Multi-Storefront Hub displaying aggregate roster D2C gross revenue, order volume, blended ROAS, and individual active store health at a glance.
Includes high-value customer identification (“whale tracking”) across the network, category and apparel channel breakdowns, online vs. in-venue retail splits, and automated Shopify catalog feed integration that tracks product velocity down to the individual SKU.
Internal Operations & Tooling
The tools we use to run Soundwave itself. When existing commercial software proved too bloated, too slow, or incapable of integrating directly into our live data pipelines, we engineered our own internal execution machinery:
Proposals & E-Sign Suite
Interactive proposals with lifecycle phase editing, channel preset calculators, and automated PDF export. Bilateral e-signatures with SHA-256 tamper seals, 6-digit verification PINs, and silent telemetry showing exactly which sections a prospective client read.
Antigravity Mobile PWA
Custom mobile PWA for continuous operations and agentic AI pair-programming. Features zero-polling real-time Firestore sync, local SQLite persistence, background queueing, and instant biometric reconnect.
Email Signatures
Replaced third-party subscription tools with an in-house compiler. Per-staff profile management, gradient campaign badge customization, live preview, and one-click HTML copy-to-clipboard compilation.
Audience Sync
First-party ticket buyer data deduplicated and hashed into targetable cohorts — then auto-synced to Meta, Google, TikTok, and StackAdapt. Dynamic segments for recency windows, geo-conquesting, and superfan tiers with live ROAS efficiency analysis per flight.

How the f...?!
Thirty years of being a nerd, and twenty-two years living inside the music industry.
More than two decades inside every SaaS tool, every ad platform, every analytics dashboard, every ticketing backend, every CRM, every ESP, and every project management app this industry has ever touched. Not just using them — understanding how they should work. How they could interconnect if someone actually cared enough to wire them together. Knowing that the person copying numbers from one screen to another for the 371st time that day deserves better. That the marketing strategist waiting for some modal to load — again — should be spending that time on creative work that actually moves fans.
The difference in 2026 is that AI finally closed the gap between vision and execution. Google Antigravity running Gemini and Claude Opus models interchangeably. ChatGPT for ideation, copy, and research. The tools changed — but the tools are just tools. What made 17,500 commits in 10 months possible is a lifetime of knowing exactly what needs to exist, paired with machines fast enough to build it.
This is bigger than one year's output. This is the foundation for changing how the music industry — and beyond — works, thinks, and allocates resources. Replacing busywork with intelligence. Giving small teams the infrastructure that used to require entire departments. Giving human talent the space to actually shine, instead of drowning in operational friction that never should have existed in the first place.
One human. Multiple AI partners. A lifetime of knowing what to build. That's the new math.
We didn't set out to prove anything about AI. We set out to build the infrastructure that the music industry has always deserved but never had. The technology just finally caught up to the ambition.
We even replaced our email signatures. Wisestamp? Gone. We built our own signature compiler with per-staff roster management, gradient badge customization, campaign link configuration, and live light/dark mode preview. Because when you've built everything else from scratch, why stop at the signature block?
2026 isn't over. There's more in the pipeline. But this felt like the right moment to stop, look back, and acknowledge the absurdity of it all.
We build machines that move fans. This year, we built a lot of machines.
